When You Arrive

If we're closed when you drop off your vehicle, please park along the right-hand side of the lot, take the keys out, and lock your vehicle. There's an Early/Late Hours Service display, just to the right of the Office door on the left side of the original (brown siding) shop building.  


Please completely fill out one of the provided envelopes, put your keys into it, and drop it into the mailbox-style key drop in our waiting room door. It's important to fill out the provided envelope because that is your written permission for us to perform work (even just diagnostics) on your vehicle.  We won't perform any repairs without your approval of the estimate.

Comfortable Waiting Room

If you'll be waiting for your service to be completed, please enjoy our newly renovated waiting room, complete with coffee and bottled water, reading material, coloring books and crayons for the kids, cable TV, and free WiFi (ask us for the password).


Please note that our insurance company requires that customers stay out of all service bays unless directed there by a technician in order to view a vehicle's condition.  Not only does that ensure your safety, it also ensures that the technician can focus his entire attention on your vehicle in order to properly perform the repair or service.  Thank you for understanding. 

Check In At The Office

If we're open when you arrive, then you'll check in with Elizabeth, our Service Advisor, at the office. She will confirm your vehicle and contact information, verify the work you'd like completed, and either notify the technician or deliver your vehicle to him.  


Despite the COVID-19 Pandemic, our staff are here to serve you. We are sanitizing each vehicle before and after the service/repair, and you can pay by phone without ever seeing our staff, if you like. We have encouraged our customers to drop their vehicle off for the day rather than waiting on the premesis, although those who still need to are welcome as long as physical distancing standards are maintained. We also leave a sanitizing wipe in each vehicle so that you can wipe everything down to your satisfaction when you pick up your vehicle.
